Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Europe (DACH focus)

About the role

As a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist you will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for positions across Europe, primarily focusing on the DACH region, while also supporting selected global hiring projects. You will partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders and HR Business Partners to deliver a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for European roles, with a focus on DACH.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies and ensure timely hiring outcomes.
• Conduct intake meetings, source candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers and support onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and develop innovative sourcing approaches for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner, facilitating structured and objective assessment processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS, ensure compliance with policies and local labor laws, and report on recruitment KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience in an international, matrixed environment.
• Proven expertise in end‑to‑end recruitment, competency‑based interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively with HR Business Partners.
