Senior Tax Accounting Manager

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Tax Accounting Manager to join its growing tax accounting team in Zurich. The role involves supporting clients on tax accounting matters across multiple accounting standards and contributing to international tax projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax accounting support for IFRS, US GAAP and other standards, including client provision processes.
• Assist assurance teams with procedures related to income‑tax positions.
• Address Pillar 2 queries, perform calculations and technical assessments.
• Develop external publications, internal training material and newsletters.
• Collaborate with international tax specialists to optimise global tax structures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, finance, accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in auditing, financial accounting or tax consulting.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to take responsibility and work in a dynamic, demanding environment.
