Senior Technical Project Manager

About the role

Enclustra, a Zurich-based company developing FPGA-based electronic modules, FPGA-optimized IP solutions and engineering services, is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead its development projects. The role covers projects from approved specification to validated product release.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development projects for Enclustra modules and baseboards, from approved specification to validated product release.
• Plan and manage project scope, resources, budget, timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, software, operations, manufacturing and quality).
• Drive stakeholder alignment, manage risks and escalations, and resolve technical and organizational challenges.
• Ensure product validation, release readiness and completion of all required technical and manufacturing documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex product development projects in electronics, embedded systems or FPGA-based products.
• Proven track record of delivering hardware and software products from concept through validation and production release.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities in a multidisciplinary and international environment.

Required skills

• Project management, stakeholder management, budgeting and risk management.
• Experience with FPGA-based products and embedded systems.
