About the role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our EMEA team and partner with the Head of HR EMEA. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for highly technical and business‑critical positions, ensuring a best‑in‑class candidate experience and supporting the company’s rapid growth across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic talent partner, driving hiring outcomes and scaling initiatives across EMEA.
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for complex technical and business roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines using data‑driven sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role scope, hiring criteria, and long‑term talent strategy.
- Deliver calibrated candidate shortlists that balance speed, rigor, and alignment with the company’s mission.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing, market intelligence, and objective evaluation.
- Own recruiting metrics (time‑to‑hire, pipeline health, conversion rates, quality‑of‑hire) and continuously improve processes.
- Support employer branding initiatives and increase visibility within key talent communities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.
- 7+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience in high‑growth, international technology environments.
- Proven track record hiring for regulated industries such as software development, financial services, crypto or fintech.
- Experience managing cross‑border hiring complexities within multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to recruiting.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional proficiency in German, French, Italian, Spanish or another EMEA language is a plus.
- High integrity, professional ethics and the ability to operate autonomously in a remote‑first organization.
