About the role
Google is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape the monetization experience for YouTube creators. The role involves translating strategic briefs into intuitive, high‑impact product experiences that serve billions of users worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Influence cross‑functional stakeholders to gain support for design strategies.
- Develop innovative design solutions addressing user, product, and business challenges.
- Lead holistic design processes, design systems, or design language across teams or products.
- Craft design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends.
- Provide direction to UX designers during product ideation and user research/testing.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 6 years of product design or UX experience; 8 years preferred.
- Ability to operate in a fluid, iterative, startup‑like environment.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Strong visual design and prototyping abilities.
