About the role

The Senior Vice President is a senior broking position focused on per‑risk reinsurance within the property risk portfolio. You will work closely with European clients to develop and deliver tailored reinsurance solutions, leveraging deep market expertise and strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive innovation and client‑focused solutions for complex risk challenges across European markets.
• Build and sustain strategic client relationships that contribute to revenue growth.
• Manage and develop broking teams, elevating technical expertise in property risk and per‑risk reinsurance.
• Collaborate with property line teams to align client solutions, market insights and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in property reinsurance broking, especially per‑risk solutions for European clients.
• Proven track record managing large, complex accounts and high‑value clients.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
