Senior Visual Designer – Digital Wealth Platform (40% workload)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join a cross‑functional product team that is evolving a digital wealth and credit platform for a leading financial services provider in Switzerland. The role is part‑time (40–50% workload) and runs for an initial six‑month fixed‑term, with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Own UI/UX design activities for the digital wealth platform.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and clickable prototypes using Figma.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Improve existing customer journeys and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and product owners.
• Conduct usability testing and analyse user feedback.
• Support process design and agile delivery activities.
• Ensure designs align with corporate design guidelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on UX/UI design experience.
• Expert‑level proficiency with Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX methodologies and design processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into user‑centric solutions.
• Knowledge of agile environments and user story creation.
• Technical understanding of software development processes.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Financial services experience is highly desirable.
