Senior/Assistant Manager – US Large & Complex Audit (Zurich)

About the role

Deloitte Switzerland is seeking a motivated Senior or Assistant Manager to join its US Corporate Audit team in Zurich. You will work on large‑scale, complex audits of multinational companies and Swiss subsidiaries of US firms, helping clients meet US regulatory requirements and strengthen investor confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver audit engagements focused on PCAOB (US GAAP and/or IFRS) standards, with occasional ISA assignments.
• Leverage analytical tools and data‑analytics techniques to enhance audit efficiency and insight.
• Coach Swiss‑based audit teams on US accounting, auditing, and reporting matters.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide performance feedback to junior staff.

Required profile

• 3–5 busy‑season audit experiences, preferably with both listed and private clients.
• Extensive track record working on PCAOB audits, including group and component work.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional French or German is a plus.
