SEO & GEO Optimization Specialist

About the role

EY is looking for an experienced SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) specialist to drive organic search visibility, AI discoverability and content performance across its global digital ecosystem. The role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring consistent adoption of SEO and GEO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SEO and GEO optimization activities to improve search and AI-driven discoverability.
• Conduct content reviews, implement recommendations, and apply governance standards.
• Monitor adherence to approved practices and flag issues to program leads.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks and optimization priorities.
• Diagnose under‑performing content and recommend corrective actions.
• Use enterprise SEO, GEO and analytics platforms to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide practical guidance to content teams, publishers and market stakeholders.
• Share insights and best practices to build capability and encourage adoption of standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience executing SEO and GEO initiatives in large, complex organizations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Comfortable working with global and local teams to ensure consistent implementation.
