SEO Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Product Manager to lead the development of scalable organic growth solutions for a global digital platform. Based in Switzerland, you will combine deep SEO expertise with product management and technical insight to improve search visibility and user acquisition across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and co‑own the SEO product strategy and roadmap, from concept through testing and iteration.
• Design and guide large‑scale SEO systems such as internal linking, automated content optimization, taxonomy management and indexability workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, BI and marketing teams to embed SEO requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives that boost organic search performance, reporting capabilities and technical SEO infrastructure.
• Design and execute SEO experiments using automation and AI to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Translate complex technical SEO needs into clear product specifications and scalable architecture decisions.
• Define and monitor success metrics including organic traffic, indexation performance and search visibility.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical SEO and managing large‑scale SEO initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build data‑driven business cases.
• Proven ability to work with complex websites, multiple languages and markets.
• Excellent communication skills to convey SEO opportunities to stakeholders.
