SEO/GEO Manager (Search & AI Visibility Manager)

About the role

Endress+Hauser is seeking an SEO/GEO Manager to shape how customers and AI systems discover, understand and represent the company across traditional search engines, AI‑powered answer engines and emerging discovery platforms. You will build and advance the foundations for global visibility, governance and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global SEO and GEO strategy, roadmap, governance and performance framework.
• Design and govern structured data, entity frameworks, taxonomies and semantic relationships to improve discoverability at scale.
• Define technical standards for crawlability, indexation, metadata, internal linking and structured‑data implementation.
• Establish scalable processes for managing entities, relationships and domain knowledge, supporting future knowledge‑graph initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics (organic visibility, AI citations, authority signals) and translate insights into actionable priorities.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent experience.
• Several years of technical SEO, GEO or search‑architecture experience in an international B2B environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English; German or another language is a plus.

Required skills

• Technical SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Sistrix.
• Structured‑data implementation and entity optimisation.
• Taxonomy design, information architecture and authority‑building strategies.
• Knowledge‑graph, semantic technologies, ontology design and graph‑based data models.
• AI‑powered retrieval concepts, APIs and data‑modelling automation.
