Service Desk Agent

About the role

Join Adnovum's interdisciplinary and international team at the Zurich headquarters as a Service Desk Agent. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues, partners and clients, ensuring high satisfaction while maintaining service levels. The role offers a hybrid work model with the possibility to work from home on certain days.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd‑level IT support for Adnovum employees across all locations.
• Handle hardware and software support, including laptop installation.
• Collaborate with the global IT solutions team on infrastructure, internal applications, collaboration tools and cloud services.
• Resolve issues related to O365 and VPN.
• Act as the first point of contact for international clients in German and English.
• Communicate independently with internal departments, from 2nd‑level support to software development.

Required profile

• Completed training as an ICT specialist or comparable qualification, or at least two years of professional ICT support experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems; MacOS knowledge is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for technical challenges in hardware and software.
• Independent, structured, reliable working style with logical and analytical thinking.
• Fluent in German and English.
