Services Sales Solutions Director

About the role

The Services Sales Solutions Director leads pre‑sales discovery and solution design for large, transformational engagements, partnering with Account Partners to shape AI‑augmented proposals and ensure seamless hand‑off to delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end discovery, define customer outcomes, and create high‑level solution designs and Statements of Work (SOWs) with detailed estimates, timelines, and staffing plans.
• Champion AI‑augmented delivery models, embed Agentforce and other AI‑driven approaches into proposals to accelerate time‑to‑value.
• Partner with Account Partners on financial strategy, co‑present value and strategic outcomes to C‑level executives.
• Manage risk identification and mitigation during pre‑sales, and ensure a clean transition to delivery teams.
• Mentor team members and share best practices in solutioning, scoping, and engagement shaping.

Required profile

• 10+ years delivering enterprise‑level consulting services, with 7+ years on the Salesforce platform.
• 7+ years of enterprise‑level project or program leadership, preferably SaaS.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered scoping and estimation tools.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, solutioning, estimating and SOW creation for multi‑cloud transformational programs.
• Strong executive presence, communication, facilitation and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform expertise (including Life Sciences Cloud, Financial Services Cloud).
• AI‑driven scoping and estimation tools.
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud, Agentforce Specialist (preferred).
• Deal architecture, pricing, and commercial negotiation.
