About the role
We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to lead the short‑form content strategy for a personal brand in the education sector, focused on aspiring AI agency founders. The role is fully remote and requires a creative professional with proven success in managing Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive short‑form content strategy tailored to the target audience.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and adjust tactics to maximise reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and educational goals.
- Stay up‑to‑date with social‑media trends, especially those relevant to AI and education.
- Engage with the audience, respond to comments and foster a positive online community.
Required profile
- Demonstrated expertise in short‑form social‑media management.
- Strong content creation abilities, including copywriting, video editing and visual storytelling.
- Experience managing personal or educational brands on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Proven ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, highly organised and self‑motivated for remote work.
- Familiarity with AI, education and digital‑marketing trends is a plus.
