Social Media Manager (Remote, Part‑time Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to boost the online presence of a motorsport technical school. This part‑time, fully remote contract role combines strategy, content creation and paid‑media management across Facebook and Instagram.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social‑media strategy tailored to the motorsport education sector.
• Plan, schedule and publish content on Facebook and Instagram daily.
• Create, monitor and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to maximise reach and ROI.
• Analyse performance metrics, produce regular reports and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and nurture an active online community.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social initiatives align with broader marketing objectives.
• Stay informed on platform updates, industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram accounts for brands or educational institutions.
• Demonstrated ability to run Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including budget handling and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using social‑media analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Italian is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
• Familiarity with motorsport or technical education is highly desirable.
