Social Media Manager (Remote, Switzerland Based)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to join our team remotely, supporting our Switzerland‑based operations. The role focuses on building and executing social media strategies that increase brand visibility and engagement for our education programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content tailored to each channel.
• Apply Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques to improve reach and interaction.
• Monitor performance metrics and generate analytics reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a consistent online voice and cohesive brand presence.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and SMO.
• Strong written communication and creative thinking abilities.
• Experience designing content strategies for social platforms.
• Ability to interpret analytics data and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the EdTech sector is a plus.
