Software Engineer - Frontend (all genders)

About the role

At Shiftmove we are building next‑generation connected mobility products that help businesses make data‑driven decisions. We are looking for a Frontend‑focused Software Engineer to join the team behind Avrios, a fleet‑management platform used by thousands of companies across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test and ship production‑grade frontend features end‑to‑end, including AI‑assisted workflows and operational tooling.
• Translate customer and business problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to shape features and improve user outcomes.
• Propose solutions, evaluate trade‑offs and contribute to technical decisions.
• Deliver features in a high‑frequency release environment while improving system stability and reducing technical debt.
• Share knowledge and help improve engineering practices within the team.

Required profile

• Strong computer‑science fundamentals and experience building production‑grade frontend applications.
• Ability to think from first principles, balance speed, scalability and complexity.
• Self‑driven ownership from idea to production in fast‑paced environments.
• Understanding of user needs and business impact of features.
• Quick learner who asks questions and adapts to complex systems.
• Pragmatic decision‑making, prioritising value delivery over perfection.
• Collaborative mindset, willing to support backend topics when needed.
