Software Engineer – IAM/ForgeRock Specialist (Remote)

About the role

The company is seeking a Software Engineer specialized in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a focus on ForgeRock solutions. The position is remote (nearshore) and requires occasional short trips to Geneva—typically two weeks, two to three times a year—with flight and accommodation expenses covered.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience of 15+ years.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with ForgeRock OpenAM/AM platforms.
• ForgeRock/OpenAM Certified Professional – or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Identity and Access Administrator.
• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP).
• Willingness to travel to Geneva for short periods as described.
