Software Engineer – Media Measurement Platform

About the role

Join the Media Measurement team to build and maintain Linux‑based back‑end systems that ingest, process, and analyse media consumption data from thousands of metering devices worldwide. You will work in a SCRUM team on a SAFe train, delivering reliable, secure, and high‑performance services that run 24/7.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Linux back‑end services for data ingestion and pre‑processing.
• Design, implement, and secure REST APIs.
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and ensure test‑driven development.
• Migrate and orchestrate existing workloads to AWS.
• Provide third‑level support, including on‑call duties.

Required profile

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑changing media environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a SCRUM/SAFe setting, respecting team communication and shared goals.

Required skills

• Modern C++ development.
• Python programming.
• Linux operating systems and container technologies.
• Test‑driven development, debugging, and performance analysis.
• CI/CD integration (GitHub).
• AWS cloud services.
• REST API design and implementation, including security/authentication.
