Software Engineer (m/f/d) – Chiasso

About the role

Join MF Group in Chiasso as a Software Engineer, working on core financial services that power invoice‑based purchasing and payment solutions for Swiss retailers. You will develop and maintain systems that handle customer balances, invoice creation, and payment flows in a dynamic, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and ship robust, maintainable software, APIs, and workflows for financial services.
• Collaborate to improve software architecture, reduce complexity, and optimize production systems.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle from analysis to testing and delivery.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Critical thinking attitude, enthusiasm for learning new technologies, and strong communication in English (Italian preferred).

Required skills

• Object‑oriented and/or functional programming knowledge.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in software engineering.
