Solutions Consultant - FP&A (Product Implementation)

About the role

We are seeking a Solutions Consultant specialized in FP&A product implementation to join our fast‑paced, product‑led team in Switzerland. You will work closely with account executives and senior finance leaders to translate complex planning requirements into scalable, data‑driven solutions on a modern FP&A platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and configure proof‑of‑concept and pilot implementations that address sophisticated financial planning challenges.
• Partner with CFOs and finance teams to convert business requirements into technical and financial models.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, identify gaps in existing systems, and propose modern data‑driven solutions.
• Develop and present tailored financial models during workshops, mapping business logic and data flows in real time.
• Support data architecture design, advising on ERP, CRM and HRIS data structuring for optimal FP&A performance.
• Act as a bridge between customers and internal product/engineering teams, providing feedback on platform functionality.
• Collaborate with sales to demonstrate product value and help advance deals.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance, accounting, FP&A or corporate finance (CPA/CA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in EPM implementation, solution consulting or technical finance roles.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, planning, forecasting, consolidation and scenario analysis.
• Ability to engage and influence senior finance stakeholders, including CFOs.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, startup‑like environment with high ownership expectations.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with at least one major EPM platform (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Planful, TM1, Vena, Jedox).
• Strong knowledge of data structures, schemas, dimensions and multidimensional modeling concepts.
