SPA Product Manager

About the role
The SPA Product Manager drives the strategic development, management and optimisation of spa treatments, retail products and wellness concepts. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures that the portfolio aligns with brand positioning, guest expectations and commercial objectives while delivering revenue growth and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the spa product strategy, covering treatments, retail items and wellness concepts in line with brand standards.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, supplier selection and legal compliance to launch, performance monitoring and continuous optimisation.
- Collaborate with Spa Operations, Marketing, Training, Procurement, Finance and Revenue Management to ensure seamless implementation across all locations.
- Lead supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and conduct performance reviews.
- Analyse product performance using KPIs, guest feedback and financial results, and apply data‑driven improvements.
- Support pricing strategy, promotions and revenue‑driving initiatives.
- Work with training teams to ensure staff are fully educated on new products and treatments.
- Monitor market trends and innovations in the spa and wellness industry to keep the offering competitive.
- Assist with new openings, refurbishments and special projects related to spa product development.
Required profile
- 10‑15 years of experience in spa, wellness, beauty or hospitality product management, preferably with premium or luxury brands.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with proven product performance management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution.
- High attention to detail, quality focus and guest experience orientation.
- Swiss nationality or right to work in Switzerland.
