Spa Therapist & Welcome Agent (Winter 2026/27)

About the role

W Verbier is looking for a Spa therapist and Welcome Agent for the winter season, from December 2026 to March 2027. As a W Talent, you give guests a playful, warm and welcoming touch while delivering professional massage and body treatments. Only applicants from Switzerland and the European Union can be considered due to visa restrictions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer professional massage and body treatments to guests, following the standards and protocols of the brands Dr Burgener & Esse
• Carry out treatments booked by clients, including massages, facials and body treatments
• Welcome guests, attract their attention to the spa facilities (wet area, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, fitness) and encourage them to try the treatments and a la carte products
• Act as a salesperson and promote spa treatments and products
• Greet clients and make appointments in line with W Verbier standards
• Prepare treatment rooms and keep the spa and rooms clean

Required profile

• BTS/CFC in esthetics/cosmetics or equivalent
• Prior experience in a 5-star hotel
• Fluent in French and English
• Outgoing, cheerful, sociable, good listener, helpful and available
• Detail-oriented, highly motivated and able to represent the W brand image
