About the role
Join the W Verbier team as a Style Agent, delivering the signature W experience to guests by maintaining immaculate guest rooms throughout the year.
Key responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms to established quality and performance standards, ensuring a sufficient inventory of vacant, clean rooms for sale.
- Clean occupied rooms and reset bedroom and bathroom areas according to brand standards.
- Organise and stock cleaning carts and manage linen closets on assigned floors.
Required profile
- Prior experience in housekeeping at a 5‑star hotel.
- Highly motivated, detail‑oriented and passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance.
- Applicants must be based in Switzerland or an EU country due to visa restrictions.
