Specialist – Non-Grant Procurement Management

About the role

An international organization based in Geneva is seeking a Procurement Management Specialist to oversee non‑grant funded procurement activities and support global supply‑chain operations. The role combines operational coordination, governance, stakeholder engagement and process optimisation in a highly international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage non‑grant procurement transactions and related operational tasks.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, risk and supply‑chain teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Support onboarding and transaction management for international buyers and partners.
• Monitor compliance, operational risks and procurement performance metrics.
• Drive process‑improvement and scaling initiatives.
• Contribute to reporting, documentation and governance activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement, sourcing or supply‑chain management.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and project‑management capabilities.
• Background in international organisations or complex global settings.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Proven experience in process optimisation and operational improvement.
• Fluent English; French is a strong asset.
