Sport Marketing Event Specialist (Core Sports)

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Sport Marketing Event Specialist to develop partnerships, grow its presence and activate its brand across core sports in Switzerland. The role works closely with event organizers, opinion leaders, associations and communities on projects ranging from local community events to larger partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic opportunities that strengthen Red Bull's presence and credibility in the core sports landscape
• Work with event organizers, opinion leaders, associations and communities to shape collaborations from first conversation to implementation
• Take ownership of core sports projects and events throughout the year, from planning to execution
• Own the Event Car Program in Switzerland, from activation concepts to deployment and logistics
• Contribute to new event formats, activations and community projects, and support business planning, presentations, reports and budget management

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in sports marketing, event management, agencies, sports organizations or associations
• Passion for the skate, bike and freestyle snow scenes and a strong network in these communities
• Experience managing projects with stakeholders and keeping priorities, timelines and expectations aligned
• Willingness to travel a lot in Switzerland and work at weekends; independent, hands-on and good at building relationships
• Fluent German, professional English and French, written and spoken
