Sr. Procurement Manager - Indirect Procurement

About the role

Logitech is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Senior Procurement Manager to join its Indirect Procurement organization. The role acts as a strategic partner to C-suite and executive stakeholders, shaping how the organization manages third-party spend and creates sustainable business value. It is a hybrid position with two days per week on site.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted procurement advisor to C-suite and senior business leaders, giving strategic insights and commercial recommendations to optimize third-party spend.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understand their priorities and growth plans, and challenge existing practices with market perspectives and innovative solutions.
• Develop and run category strategies and sourcing initiatives across indirect spend areas such as IT, Marketing, Professional Services, HR, Facilities and other corporate services.
• Lead complex, high-value sourcing projects from opportunity identification and market analysis through negotiation, contracting, implementation and benefits realization.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing teams with Finance, Legal and other functions, and develop category roadmaps covering cost savings, supplier optimization, risk mitigation and process improvement.
• Use procurement data, analytics and enterprise AI to improve decision-making, and use data storytelling to turn complex spend and market information into clear recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to automate and transform procurement processes, and build fact-based business cases for procurement initiatives.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations, develop strategic supplier relationships, consolidate spend and measure savings with Finance and business stakeholders.
• Mentor procurement colleagues and represent Indirect Procurement as a strategic business function.
