About the role

CARBAGAS AG, a company of the Air Liquide Group, produces and supplies gases for industrial and medical use and develops custom gas systems. It is looking for a Standard Operations Specialist (m/w/d) for its Standard Operations team in Gümligen, Switzerland, to help optimise digital processes.

Key responsibilities

Master data management: create customers, resellers and distributors and manage master data carefully in the ERP and CRM systems
Contract management: reliably carry out changes to contracts and accounts
Inventory maintenance: process and adjust customer stock on request
Process improvement: proactively ensure data consistency, increase efficiency and profitability, and continuously improve the customer and distributor experience

Required profile

Successfully completed commercial vocational training
Very good German (at least C2); French, English or Italian is an advantage
Strong communication skills for active exchange with interfaces such as customer service, sales, finance and dispatch
