Store Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Store Manager for our Massimo Dutti location on Bahnhofstrasse in Zürich. As the local entrepreneur and brand ambassador, you will drive commercial performance, lead a high‑performing team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in line with our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a collaborative, inclusive team while setting clear objectives and monitoring performance.
• Drive key KPIs such as sales, conversion rate, average basket size and productivity through local action plans.
• Analyse performance data, adjust commercial strategies and seek growth opportunities.
• Oversee visual merchandising, product presentation and store layout to reflect corporate standards.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss regulations, strict cost control and efficient budget management.
• Maintain high standards of safety, procedures and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Strong commercial mindset with solid understanding of visual merchandising.
• Inspiring, hands‑on leader with a strong sense of ownership.
• Results‑driven, analytical and well‑organized.
• Fluent German and professional level English.
