Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will lead Bershka’s Geneva location, driving sales, ensuring visual standards and delivering a vibrant customer experience that reflects the brand’s youthful spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve commercial targets by driving sales growth and analysing KPI performance.
• Manage stock, product rotation and ensure the offering aligns with current trends.
• Implement Bershka visual‑merchandising guidelines and adapt collections to the local market.
• Lead, motivate and develop a dynamic team, handling recruitment, scheduling and performance coaching.
• Maintain store standards, oversee inventories, loss‑prevention and compliance with group procedures.
• Engage directly with customers on the shop floor, handling feedback and fostering loyalty.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail.
• Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of youth‑oriented trends.
• Natural leadership with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Analytical mindset with business orientation.
• Autonomous, responsive and able to prioritize effectively.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Flexible availability for weekends and peak periods.
