Store Manager – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

Gucci is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of its luxury retail locations in Switzerland. The role combines sales leadership, brand stewardship, and team development to deliver strong financial performance while enhancing the client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute action plans to grow sales across product categories and client segments.
• Monitor P&L, cost, and retail KPIs to maximize store turnover and profitability.
• Implement CRM initiatives to build and nurture a loyal client network.
• Foster a client‑centric culture, encouraging staff to deliver personalized service.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the team, promoting motivation, belonging, and business involvement.
• Ensure operational efficiency, compliance with Gucci standards, and seamless front‑ and back‑office integration.
• Track store visit results, mystery‑shopping feedback, and audit outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role within a luxury fashion company.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and drive measurable results.
• Strong commercial awareness, business acumen, and strategic vision.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for the fashion industry and a client‑focused mindset.

What we offer

• Annual base salary of CHF 95,000 – CHF 105,000 gross, plus performance‑based bonus.
