Strategic Customer Success Manager

About the role

Kiteworks is looking for a Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of its most important customers across Switzerland, France, Austria and Germany. You will rebuild executive relationships, drive product adoption and create new growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Rebuild and strengthen executive relationships across strategic accounts, engaging CIOs, CISOs and other senior decision‑makers.
• Drive customer adoption, account expansion and new technology initiatives within the strategic customer base.
• Enable customer success at scale through close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor, shaping long‑term customer success strategy together with CS management.
• Manage a portfolio of 50‑100 customers, primarily in the DACH and France regions, focusing on financial, legal and manufacturing industries.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management within the DACH market, serving large enterprises in legal, manufacturing or finance.
• Based in or near Zug or Zurich.
• Proven track record of turning around customers, handling escalations and defining long‑term portfolio strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking a hands‑on approach.
• Fluent in French, German and English with solid experience in the French, German, Austrian and Swiss markets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large enterprise accounts with a sharp focus on retention and growth.
