Strategic Finance & Development Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Finance & Development Associate to work closely with the Head of Strategic Finance & Development. In this role you will support the finance leadership team on strategic initiatives, help shape the finance operating model and drive group‑wide value‑creation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing the finance strategy and roadmap, preparing analyses and presentations for CFO‑level decisions.
• Contribute to finance transformation efforts, including digitalisation, automation and AI‑enabled analytics.
• Support the evolution of the finance operating model, turning strategic priorities into clear workstreams and tracking progress across regions.
• Manage project plans, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and ensure milestones are met.
• Identify, quantify and monitor value‑creation initiatives, performing financial benchmarking and business‑case evaluations.
• Build dashboards and performance‑tracking tools to measure progress against strategic goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, corporate finance advisory, transaction services or a comparable strategy‑focused role.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial analysis and value‑creation concepts.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects in an international environment.
• Excellent structured problem‑solving skills and ability to translate ambiguous topics into clear analyses.
