Strategic Pricing Product Management Intern (Fixed-Term, 6-12 Months)

About the role

Julius Baer, a leading Swiss private bank, is offering a 100% fixed-term internship of 6 to 12 months in its Pricing and Revenue Development department. You will join the Strategic Pricing team and help develop the bank's pricing tool, a key platform used to manage and govern pricing across multiple booking centres. The role sits at the intersection of business, technology and data, and starts in January 2027 or later, with flexible start dates in Q1 (January or February preferred).

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, prioritisation and tracking of the pricing tool product roadmap.
• Perform business and data analyses to support product decisions and roadmap prioritisation.
• Gather business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and turn them into clear functional requirements.
• Prepare presentations, decision papers and communication materials for management and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Pricing, Operations, Finance and IT, coordinating feedback and aligning on product priorities.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives that increase efficiency, scalability and data quality.

Required profile

• University degree (or equivalent) in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Systems, Data Science or another analytical discipline.
• First professional experience in private banking, financial services, product management or strategy consulting.
• First project management experience, able to complete work packages independently and work with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in German and English, and eligibility to work in Switzerland.
• Strong interest in technology and digital products, and a structured, detail-oriented approach.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Plus: experience with Jira, Confluence, Tableau, SQL or Python is considered an advantage.
