Supply Chain Internship – Geneva

About the role

The Supply Chain Internship at Louis Vuitton’s Geneva Head Office offers a unique opportunity to support the Central Europe region (Switzerland, Hungary, Romania and Czech Republic). You will work closely with supply‑chain, store and logistics teams to ensure smooth product flow and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate supplies, transfers and store returns between the supply‑chain department and local stores.
• Determine packaging requirements and liaise with the regional zone.
• Analyse inventory levels against retail sales and support daily online replenishment.
• Monitor order management, transport arrangements and store deliveries.
• Handle disputes, discrepancies and SAP updates for refunds, credit notes and additional invoicing.
• Manage customs documentation such as CITES certificates and pro‑forma invoices.
• Provide daily support for e‑commerce operations and head‑office stock (HR, press) loans.
• Assist in the development and implementation of KPIs and procedures for retail projects.
• Participate in internal control activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in supply chain, audit or an administrative role.
• Knowledge of an ERP system and familiarity with PowerBI.
• Strong organisational, autonomous and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English; German or Italian is a plus.
• Availability to start on 17 August for a six‑month internship.
