Supply Chain Lead – CH, AT & Nordics

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supply Chain Lead for Switzerland, Austria and the Nordics to drive end‑to‑end supply chain performance. The role aligns global EP/NV strategy with local execution, ensuring reliable service, cost efficiency and inventory optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the regional supply chain strategy in line with global priorities.
• Partner with Commercial leadership to support growth, launch readiness and portfolio lifecycle management.
• Own customer service performance, track KPIs such as OTIF, fill rate and lead times, and lead corrective actions.
• Represent Supply Chain in cross‑functional teams including Planning, Distribution, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory and Finance.
• Manage supply disruptions, coordinate with regional planners and execute recovery plans.
• Promote a high‑performance, inclusive culture focused on collaboration and service excellence.
• Lead continuous‑improvement and digitalisation initiatives, driving adoption of ERP, OMP and analytics tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end supply chain planning and execution.
• Strong partnership skills with commercial and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Track record of improving service reliability, cost, inventory and cash flow.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast‑moving, customer‑centric environment.
