Supply Chain Planner – 12‑Month Contract in Baar, Switzerland

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join a leading life‑sciences organization in Baar, Switzerland. The role is critical for ensuring product availability, supporting launches, and managing the full product lifecycle across manufacturing, distribution and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans for commercial assets, aligning with inventory targets.
• Resolve short‑term supply challenges and coordinate stakeholders to balance supply and demand.
• Drive communication of strategic supply decisions across the organization.
• Manage inventory, long‑term planning and lifecycle changes.
• Identify and mitigate long‑term supply risks and advise on network capacity strategies.
• Act as the main point of contact for the PO&T Asset Team and support product launches with timeline and resource planning.
• Lead complex lifecycle management initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in pharma or biotech.
• Strong experience with ERP and planning systems.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical problem‑solving skills.
