Supply Chain Planner Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner Lead to ensure continuous supply of drug substance, drug product, and finished goods within a fast‑moving pharmaceutical environment. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and oversight of global finished‑goods supply.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with operational and implementation teams across functions.
• Oversee global finished‑goods supply and manage end‑to‑end planning for drug substance, drug product, and finished goods.
• Perform planning calculations independently of system outputs.
• Present complex topics to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Synthesize information from multiple layers of complexity into actionable recommendations.
• Interpret regulatory variations and assess their impact on daily operations.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing demand signals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of end‑to‑end planning experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently of system constraints.
• Hands‑on, fast‑paced, flexible, and collaborative mindset.
