Supply Chain Planning Design SME – EMEA

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Design Subject Matter Expert for the EMEA region to lead the transformation from SAP APO to SAP S/4HANA Embedded Planning and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). The role will shape future planning capabilities, ensuring they meet high service levels and regulatory requirements across a complex regional network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the migration from SAP APO to SAP S/4HANA Embedded Planning and SAP IBP across EMEA.
• Represent EMEA operational requirements in global design discussions and influence the future‑state planning operating model.
• Translate business requirements into SAP functional designs, drive adoption of standard capabilities and minimise customisation.
• Map current APO processes to SAP S/4HANA and IBP, support master‑data harmonisation and migration strategies.
• Partner with supply‑chain, logistics, IT and external partners to facilitate workshops, testing and change management.

Required profile

• 10+ years of supply‑chain planning experience in complex, regulated organisations.
• Proven track record of leading APO‑to‑IBP/S/4HANA transformations, including end‑to‑end deployment and change management.
• Strong understanding of demand, supply, inventory, distribution and deployment planning processes.
• Experience working in global, cross‑functional environments, preferably in life‑sciences or medical‑device sectors.

• SAP APO (Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, PP/DS).
• SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA Planning.
• Excel, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud for analytics and visualisation.
• Planning model design, CPI‑DS, SLT, RTI integration technologies.

• Fixed base salary of CHF 165 000–175 000 per year plus bonus.
