Support Specialist

About the role

Join IDEX's Partner Success Team to provide first‑line support for international sales partners, ensuring they have the information and resources needed for success.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for general and technical inquiries from global sales partners.
• Coordinate and follow up on partner issues with internal specialists.
• Support partners with sales‑related activities, administrative processes, and onboarding.
• Organise training sessions, workshops, and partner events.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales, marketing and training materials, and ensure high data quality in partner systems.

Required profile

• Business or technical training or comparable qualification.
• Experience in sales support, customer success, partner management or inside sales, preferably in IT.
• Strong service orientation and ability to work independently in a structured manner.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience with SaaS and cloud‑based solutions.
