Support Specialist (Partner Success)

About the role

Join WinCan’s Partner Success Team to be the first point of contact for international sales partners, ensuring they receive the support, information, and resources needed for success.

Key responsibilities

• Handle general and technical inquiries from sales partners worldwide.
• Coordinate and follow up on partner issues with internal teams and specialists.
• Support partners with sales‑related activities, administrative processes, and onboarding.
• Organise training sessions, workshops, and partner‑related events.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales, marketing, and training materials and continuously develop partner programs.
• Ensure high data quality in partner records and assist in creating reports and analyses.

Required profile

• Business or technical training or comparable qualification.
• Experience in sales support, customer success, partner management or inside sales, preferably in IT.
• Strong service orientation and ability to work independently and reliably.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using ERP or collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, or IT solutions.
