Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract)

Chain IQ, a global AI-driven Procurement Service Partner headquartered in Baar, Switzerland, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen its recruitment team. The role manages end-to-end hiring across multiple functions, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to attract and hire quality talent and support the company's expansion plans. It suits an experienced recruiter who enjoys a dynamic environment and managing several priorities at once.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for 15-20 concurrent vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and assessments.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Provide recruitment market intelligence and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain recruitment activities and reporting within SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• Support recruitment innovation initiatives, including AI-enabled recruiting tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in in-house recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting in consulting, professional services, procurement or similar specialist profiles is preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume workload of 15-20 requisitions.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Required skills

• SuccessFactors Recruiting experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing, screening and recruitment tools is an advantage.
