Talent Strategist (Remote, Zurich)

About the role

TechTree is looking for a Talent Strategist to own end‑to‑end hiring success for its venture‑backed clients. You will act as the trusted point of contact, guiding each search from kickoff through a signed offer while keeping candidates, clients and internal sourcing teams aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with assigned clients and serve as their main contact for each search.
• Own candidate pipelines, run calibration calls and translate feedback into hiring scorecards.
• Drive interview scheduling, feedback loops and stakeholder alignment to prevent stalls.
• Close projects, deliver hires and receive the success fee for every placement.
• Maintain accurate candidate notes, materials and documentation throughout the process.

Required profile

• Proven experience running full‑cycle recruitment processes, preferably with direct client or stakeholder exposure (agency or in‑house).
• Track record of managing client relationships and leading calibration/scorecard conversations.
• Strong pipeline management and process discipline, ensuring momentum without sacrificing quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to founders and C‑level stakeholders.
• High ownership mentality – treat every project as your own.
