Talent Acquisition Specialist – Geneva

About the role

EY is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Talent Attraction and Acquisition team in Geneva. You will partner with business leaders and the employer branding team to attract and hire high‑quality talent, contributing to EY’s global strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Audit stakeholders, proactively managing relationships and ensuring timely recruitment.
• Drive the full recruitment life cycle to deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience.
• Develop sourcing solutions aligned with business goals to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Focus on graduate recruitment and stay abreast of current trends and expectations.
• Propose ideas and lead ad‑hoc projects to improve talent acquisition processes.

Required profile

• First successful experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in an international environment, either in‑house or at an agency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Open‑minded, purpose‑driven team player with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Agile, growth‑oriented mindset, curious and inclusive attitude.
