Consultant – People & Change Management (80-100%)

About the role

Our People Consulting Service Line helps organisations with talent management, HR systems, people analytics, learning, culture change and human‑centred change management. As a Consultant in Change Management you will join the EY team in Geneva, Basel or Zurich and work alongside senior colleagues to support clients undergoing technology‑enabled transformation, workplace redesign or cultural evolution.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver organisational change, learning, communication, culture and workforce transformation initiatives for leading organisations.
• Support business and technology transformation programmes, including ERP, digital, AI‑enabled and operating‑model changes.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of consulting or industry experience in change management.
• Ability to work in large, international, interdisciplinary teams.
• Curiosity, growth mindset and strong client orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record in setting up and rolling out human‑centred change initiatives.
• Fluent English and proficiency in German or French.
