Talent & Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Talent & Community Manager to strengthen our Maison’s visibility, desirability and engagement globally. Reporting to the International PR & Communication Director, you will develop strategic relationships with key talents, foster an engaged online community and coordinate talent activations across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent and influencer strategy aligned with the brand identity and global communication plan.
• Identify, scout and evaluate potential brand ambassadors and maintain long‑term relationships with talents and industry stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and oversee all aspects of talent partnerships, coordinating activation efforts across countries.
• Define and execute strategies to grow and engage online communities on various digital platforms.
• Monitor social media channels, identify trends, opportunities and risks, and engage proactively with the community in the Maison’s distinctive tone.
• Collaborate with Press Relations, Editorial & Copywriting teams to integrate talent activations into PR strategies and ensure consistent storytelling.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
• 5‑10 years of international experience in talent management, influencer marketing or community management.
• Proven track record of managing high‑profile talents and influencers for luxury brands.
• Deep understanding of digital and social media ecosystems and emerging trends.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
