Tax Accounting (Senior) Manager

About the role

Join PwC's growing tax accounting team in Zurich and support clients on complex tax accounting matters across multiple accounting standards. The role may involve occasional deployments to other Swiss locations and offers exposure to an international, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax accounting support for IFRS, US GAAP and other standards.
• Assist clients with provision processes and coordinate with assurance teams on income‑tax related procedures.
• Address Pillar 2 related queries, perform calculations and deliver technical assessments.
• Contribute to external publications and develop internal training materials, newsletters, and other knowledge resources.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to ensure high‑quality delivery in a fast‑changing environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in economics, finance, accounting or a related field.
• Formal training in accounting and/or taxes with at least 5 years of professional experience in auditing, financial accounting or tax consulting.
• Fluent English; additional language(s) considered an asset.
• Proven ability to take responsibility from day one and thrive in a demanding, dynamic setting.
• Motivated, resilient and comfortable handling complex issues and rapid change.
