About the role

Ethos is seeking experienced tax professionals to help train a cutting‑edge language model on tax‑focused presentation and slide‑deck tasks. This fully remote freelance position offers flexible hours and a rate of $80 per hour, allowing you to work on your own schedule while contributing to AI development.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated tax presentation decks, technical position summaries, and client advisory slides.
• Develop slide decks for tax structuring, reform impact analyses, and tax provision communications.
• Provide feedback to improve the model’s ability to generate accurate, client‑ready materials.
• Collaborate with the AI research team to ensure tax content meets professional standards.

Required profile

• CPA, JD, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience at a top tax practice (e.g., Big Four).
• Proven ability to communicate complex tax positions in client‑ready formats.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
