Tax Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Tax Specialist to join our Client Documentation and Tax Services Department. As part of the Fiscal Reporting team, you will ensure the accuracy and quality of tax statements for a diverse set of international jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate tax statements for over 20 jurisdictions, including Switzerland, France, Portugal, Mexico, and others, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Collaborate with external providers to guarantee data quality and correct anomalies before statement production.
• Respond to Front Office inquiries, manage tax document orders, and provide clear explanations.
• Work closely with Compliance, Operations, Front Office, and IT teams to streamline tax processes.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects focused on process improvements, regulatory updates, and strategic initiatives.
• Stay updated on tax regulatory changes and prepare detailed reports for audit and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in banking tax services.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages such as German, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
