Team Lead – Construction SaaS (Bern & Basel)

About the role

We are seeking an engaging Team Lead to head our Bern office and support the newly opened Basel location. The role combines commercial leadership with deep knowledge of construction‑tech software, driving growth across contractor and owner segments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a mixed team of Sales Executives and Customer Success Managers, providing coaching and performance guidance.
• Translate corporate strategy into local execution plans, set measurable OKRs and ensure adoption of best‑practice processes.
• Drive revenue growth, customer retention and pipeline generation within the contractor segment.
• Negotiate contracts and design go‑to‑market strategies that support sustainable expansion.
• Represent Dalux at trade shows, conferences and industry events to strengthen market presence.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing teams in a SaaS or technology‑driven environment, preferably within construction.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Fluent in German and English, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
• People‑first attitude, passionate about developing talent and fostering a collaborative culture.
